Mrs. Viola Gavle is assisted from court in Albert Lea today be her husband, Truman, left, and a deputy sheriff after she was found guilty of first-degree murder. The 33-year-old church woman was found guilty in the "wrong man" poisoning of a neighbor, Oscar Rasmussen. The state charged that Rasmusson drank whiskey Mrs. Gavle had poisoned to kill her husband so she could marry another man. Mrs. Gavle faces life imprisonment.
