Women's Army Corps Second Lieutenant Paula W. Edmonds, 22-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Edmonds of 156 Hampshire Street in Cambridge, receives a proclamation from New Jersey Governor Richard J. Hughes commemorating the 26th anniversary of the Women's Army Corps. The ceremony took place at the State Capitol in Trenton, N.J. Lieutenant Edmonds, who is serving as WAC Selection Officer for the State of New Jersey, is a 1967 graduate of Boston College.
