Killer hurricane Cleo hit squarely into the heart of Miami early 8/27 with winds of 110 miles per hour causing widespread destruction. At 5 A.M. EDT the storm’s center was just North of the city. Tides of five to seven feet above normal and winds of 100 mph are expected in the area for the next few hours.
