If the Hurricane Comes, these young sailors' craft will be safe. Hauling the boat ashore at the Hyannis Yacht Club are Fred Scudder, 11, Arnold Rogean, Jr., 10, and Lloyd McManus, 11. This was one of hundreds of small boats brought up on shore as a precaution on Cape Cod yesterday and last night.
