"Kidnaped" boy enjoys ice cream in Israel

Tel Aviv.....Steven Horowitz, 3-year-old Brooklyn boy, whose mother, Edythe, claims he was kidnaped by his father, Irving Horowitz, enjoys an ice cream cone held by his father after the pair arrived in Israel July 26. Mrs. Horowitz, separated from her husband, charges that he took the boy without her knowledge and then informed her she could get her son back only by coming to live in Israel.
