Kidnap Victim - City Council President Joseph Adams at desk drawer from which a gunman took part of almost $4,000 Saturday night when he held up Adams in his package goods store. The bandit kidnapped Adams in the latter's car. He was released later in Boston. Most of money was taken from safe in package store.
