Ice Jam Perils House- Large blocks of river ice from the St. Clair River come grinding ashore in front of a summer cottage here as the largest ice jam of recent years began spreading flood and destruction along the river front. In some cases the ice came through windows into rooms and otherwise damaged the buildings.
