Hyde Park Flood Scene-Two unidentified boatmen row along Margin street in the Island section which lay under nearly three feet of water in places yesterday. The Neponset river which normally flows to the left of the fence flooded out the area early yesterday morning.

In the letters he expressed his indignation at the "no-win" philosophy of those responsible for the conduct of the war; at the comfort given the enemy by peace groups in the U.S.; and at the Congressional leaders of the liberal school. He urges the removal of what he calls "fellow travelers" from the colleges, schools, government and courts, and argues that if this is done the country will be able to see more clearly the way to end war through vigorous military action.
