Hyannis Port, Mass. - Heavy Surf Pounds Cape Cod - Gale force winds whip surf pounding shore around the Kennedy compound at Hyannis Port, on Massachusetts Cape Cod this morning. Winds 50-miles an-hour slashed the coast forcing some of the residents along the shore to evacuate their homes at high tide. The late President Kennedy's home in the compound was not threatened.
