Mrs. Ruth Daley, Aspinwall Ave., Brookline, whose husband, Albert, 39, was yesterday given concurrent five-year sentences in Suffolk Superior Court on guilty pleas of carrying a dangerous weapon and wounding her with intent to kill her. He fired five shots at her when she refused a reconciliation. Two bullets hit her.
