Stanford, Calif. -- Charles W. White, an administrator for General Electric at San Jose, Calif., is the husband of Mrs. Virginia Mae White whose heart was transferred last night to Mike Kasperak at Stanford University School of Medicine in the fourth human heart transplant. Shown with White is his two children, Rickey and Judy, at their nearby Santa Clara home. Mrs. White died of a massive brain hemorrhage after being supported with artificial respiration.
