Hurricane "Cleo", faltering after a day-long, multimillion dollar sweep up the Florida gold coast, bruised this rocket center early 8/28 and showed signs of moving out to sea. At 6 A.M. EDT the Weather Bureau reported Cleo was drawing new energy from the water surface and its center was 20 miles offshore from New Myrna Beach pushing high winds and heavy seas North toward the tourist town of Daytona Beach.
