Isbell Threat to West Florida Coast--Cross locates Hurricane Isbell, as the tropical storm swept across the western tip of Cuba tonight. The storm, with winds at its center estimated at 80 miles per hour, is moving north northeast at about 10 miles per hour. Islands of Dry Tortugas are in its path. A hurricane watch has been posted from Key West northward to Tampa.
