Found strangled

Mrs. Florence Anderson, 27, a Brockton mother of four was found strangled on a bed in her apartment at 105 Walnut St. Charles Hinckley, 31, a former Randolph policeman, was arrested and charged with the crime. He was arraigned on a murder charge yesterday at Brockton District Court and sent to Bridgewater State Hospital for 35 days observation.
