Mrs. Charlotte B. Van Every (above), 33, of Phoenix, Ariz., was found shot to death Wednesday night in a room at the Geneva hotel, where her two traveling companions, E.H. Garriques, Omaha salesman, and Mrs. Simone Hindermarsh, were registered in separate rooms. Garriques and Mrs. Hindermarsh today were charged with adultery by authorities investigating the death of Mrs. Van Every. An inquest into the death was scheduled here this afternoon.
