Flower Show at Grand Central Palace. New York City- A new unnamed orchid which won the gold medal as the "most meritorious new orchid plant in flower at the show" (Class 205), grown by Edward A. Manda, of West Orange, N.J. It is a hybrid of Cattleya Katadin crossed with a Laelia-Cattleya Bella. It is also the largest orchid in the show.
