Flood Fighters Arrive -- Armed with duffle bags and shovels men of the 114th and 31st combat engineer battalions come down the loading ramp at Offutt Air Force base near here today after being airlifted to aid in the fight to save Omaha and Council Bluffs, Ia., from the flood waters of the Missouri River. The men, stationed at Camp McCoy, Wis., will join other units already on hand in the battle to bolster the levees.
