Flaming Draft Card-- An unidentified woman, one of a pacifist group, holds up a burning draft card today near the Supreme Court Building in Washington. The cards were burned, with about 50 persons of various anti-war groups in attendance, to protest last May's Supreme Court decision upholding the illegality of burning and mutilating draft cards.
