Fla: Crewman of the British freighter Nicolas Bowater assist two Cuban refugees found adrift in their small rubber raft off Key West 10/7 after a small boat carrying 46 refugees to freedom sank during Hurricane Inez. In the small raft is Enrique Gonzalez, captain of the ill-fated journey, and being helped up the gang plank is Jorge Garcia. The 44 others are all missing and presumed dead.
