Hottest Mid-Winter Day On Record - Coat off and coat open, Evelyn Elsden and Louise Campbell walk under highly useless snow-leading equipment stored on a downtown Boston street as the temperature hit a record 72 degrees. This was the highest mark ever recorded in Boston for any of the winter months of December, January and February. The snow loaders haven't been used yet this season.
