Hot Food for Hurricane Refugees--Young refugees from Hurricane Celia pass through an emergency field kitchen set up at Aransas Pass for refugees of Hurricane Celia which brought devastation to the Texas gulf coast Monday. Army personnel from Fort Sam Houston (San Antonio) said they were feeding about 2,000 persons a day.
