Hostesses hosted at AMF Monorail, millionth passenger boarded popular ride on July 4th

Miss Pearl Nelson of Los Angeles and her flying partner, Patricia McGrath of Valley Stream, L.I., were welcomed by Carl Baldick, AMF Monorail Assistant Manager, when Pearl became the millionth passenger to ride the popular World's Fair AMF Monorail. The lucky ladies rode the "MILLIONTH PASSENGER EXPRESS" around the Lake Amusement Area and toured the Fair in a motor escorter as guests of the Monorail Division of the American Machine and Foundry Co. The two TWA hostesses were also presented with an assortment of AMF PLEASURE products including bowling balls and bags, water skis and exercising equipment.
