Hong Kong Flu Shots Given--An unidentified man closes his eyes as Dr. Joel Gitlin, left, of the New York City Board of Health administers Hong Kong flu shots to line of persons at the East Side Health Center in New York today. Hundreds of elderly persons jammed the center after the first of 80,000 doses of the scarce vaccine arrived. The shots are being given only to those over 65 and to those with chronic heart and lung ailments since they run the highest risk from flu.
