Occupied till 1927 by descendants of the Presidents. Now an Adams Family Memorial. Here are -- the family portraits, furniture, and library -- Abigail Adams' bedroom with family cradle -- John Adams study and chair in which he died -- John Quincy Adams study chair, and his desk in Congress at which he fell -- also many other things of family home interest. The house and garden are kept up as if the family were there. John and Abigail Adams died in this house.
