San Francisco -- Clo Ann Wiegner, 17, forced at gunpoint from her parent's home in Daly City, Calif., last week by her youthful husband, Mike, and a fellow escapee from the Napa State Hospital, arrives here today by plane from Denver, bearing scars sustained in the crash of an auto in which the trio were fleeing Denver police. She is followed by Assistant Probation officer of San Mateo County, Jo Anne Wilson. Mike Wiegner remains in jail at Denver.
