Holds knife on son

Memphis, Tenn. - A man police have identified as Fred Sims, 27, holds a knife to the chest of his son Tony, 4, a short time after an auto chase in Memphis this afternoon. Officers later jumped the man as he backed down a street with the knife held on the boy. Tony was rescued unharmed except for lacerations on one hand. Police said the chase had begun after the child's mother reported that her son had been removed from her home.
