Hold for Philadelphia-Postal worker Abe Kennen of Waltham, Mass., drags more sacks of mail into railroad box car at the South Postal Annex in Boston today. The car contains almost 700 sacks of mail for the Philadelphia post office and being held here because of the strike of postal workers in that area. The National Association of Letter Carriers said their postal strike will extend nationwide on Monday, unless congress commits itself to action on pay raise and reform bills.
