Hits tape for another U.S. victory

Vivian D. Brown, of Cleveland, is about to hit the tape to win the 200-meter sprint at the Pan-American Games in Sao Paulo, Brazil, today. Right behind her is Miguelina Cebian, of Cuba. The 21-year-old junior from Tennessee State was timed in 23.9 seconds. Her victory gave the United States' girls at the games a clean sweep in the sprints events.
