Thomas Walter Van Ryne (above), 39, a toxicologist now serving a one-year term in Los Angeles for issuing checks with insufficient funds, was identified as the husband of a 22-year-old blonde found strangled and stuffed in a clothes closet in Carson City, Nev., last night. The identification was made by the attorney for the girl, whom he named as Mrs. Ann Harris Van Ryne, daughter of a wealthy Philadelphia family.
