His is the Problem--San Francisco State College President Robert Smith told newsmen late today that classes on the beleaguered campus would continue Friday on schedule as well as night school tonight. Smith said attempts by some students to cause major disruption on campus was made by 200 to 300 pro-strike activists. Violence and damage was minimal, although three persons were arrested.
