Herbert Skidmore

Chicago: Herbert Skidmore(C) is held by police after he was picked up in connection with the murder of Mrs. Maxine Lanzafame, a strip tease dancer. She was found dead early 4/8 by her husband. Her body was wrapped in a shower curtain. She had bled extensively from nose & mouth, presumably from a beating with a skillet. The man being held by police is from Toronto, Canada. The man, Hubert Skidmore, 37, was deported to Canada after serving 5-year prison term at Pontiac, Ill., for burglary.
