Comely Miss Evelyn West, whose bust is insured with Lloyd's of London for $50,000, today denied the government's charge that photographs of her undraped figure is "lewd and indecent." Miss West, from Los Angeles, appeared before trial examiner James C. Haynes, Jr., to answer the post office department's contention that her lucrative mail order business should be banned.
