Helicopter Rescue picture at left was taken Aug. 19 in Scranton, Pa., during flood crisis. At right is the same house today, off its foundation and its yard full of rubble. Standing in front are former occupants, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph G. Hungerbuhler with sons J. William and J. Gerald. Mrs. Hungerbuhler was person lifted by helicopter. The family now lives in a Scranton apartment.
