Guatemalan and Acheson Meet After Walkout- Dr. Alfredo Chocano, left, acting head of Guatemala's embassy, and Dean Acheson, former secretary of state, shake hands tonight as they meet on a parking lot. Chocano had just walked out of a dinner during a speech by Sen. Wiley (R-Wis) in which Wiley sharply criticized the shipment to Guatemala of arms from Communist-dominated Poland. Acheson attended a different event in the same hotel and apparently had not heard of the incident when they met by chance in the nearby parking lot. The man in the center is not identified.
