Edward Longowsky, 24 (left), stands in the west 100th street police station here early today after his arrest in connection with the knife-slaying of 42-year-old Michael c. Papadouri whom Longowsky contended had been annoying his sister, jean, 25, who (right) is escorted from the police station by a detective after being questioned. informed Papadouri had died, Longowsky said: "I am glad he's dead. he was no good."
