Detroit: Robert M. Turner, 19, was held today in the tourist camp slaying last March of Joyce Raulston, 14, after Prosecutor William E. Dowling announced he had confessed the killing. The youth seated, centers, is shown being questioned in Sheriff Andrew Baird's office.
