Donald Arceo, 14, (above) sits in an Oakland police station holding some rosary beads after telling police inspector Merle Longnecker that he had fatally shot his father John, 37, and his mother Dorothy, 31, while they watched a television program last night. Inspector Longnecker said the youth told him he surrendered after visiting a Catholic priest. The inspector said the youth told him that he didn't know why he did it.
