Los Angeles, Calif.....Evan Charles Thomas, 28, who according to sheriff Eugene Biscailuz, today confessed being the phantom sniper who has killed one woman and injured at least three other women and children since last august. "I just got a lot of personal satisfaction out of it," Thomas allegedly told the sheriff. Thomas confessed after a shot roared past Mrs. John Hiles' head last night only ten minutes after he had visited the housewife.
