New York -- Queens County Assistant District Attorney Victor Levin identified Jack Turk (above), 14, of Forest Hills, N.Y., as the youth charged with homicide today in connection with the death of Sybil Gurfein, three-year-old neighbor. The boy is shown in the Whippany, N.J., police station where he was brought early today by police who found him hitch-hiking nearby.
