New York, march 28--John Goeniger, 35, of Bellaire, Queens, faces questioners in New York's police headquarters after he was picked up for questioning in the strangling of six-year-old Carol McAllister. The child's body was found near her Hollis, Queens, home today. Police said Goeniger, a former mental patient, admitted killing her.
