Robert L. Brown, 17, of St. Louis, sits in police station after signing a statement that he stabbed to death Miss Mildred Frieda Moeller, 41-year-old church choir singer, the night of Nov. 5 as she was on her way home from choir practice. He said he did it so he "could be bad and one of the gang." The policeman is Det. John Long. Brown was charged in a warrant with first-degree murder.
