Held as witness in husband's slaying

New York.....Fear that she might be harmed by the slayer of her husband or that she might flee the state rather than testify as a material witness caused the district attorney's office to request that Mrs. Sylvia Weiner (above) be jailed in default of $25,000 bail. Her husband, Benjamin, was shot to death in his 68th st. apartment on Tuesday night.
