Mrs. Mary Boehme, 28, of nearby Annapolis, was arrested as a material witness after her former brother-in-law Dr. Robert E. Boehme, 41, was charged with attempting to kill his wife by injecting poison into her arm. The doctor was arrested Saturday and his arraignment was set for today.
