Eugene Bluemke, 16, left, and Leonard Grafton, 18, center, are questioned by detectives William Toomy, right, and Vincent Consales, standing, after their arrest here today. The boys, both from Brooklyn, are accused of terrorizing women patients in a doctor's waiting room in a waiting room in a mass holdup today. Police say that the boys, armed with a pistol and a meat cleaver, grabbed the women's handbags, one by one as they arrived for their appointments.
