Ernest B. Knight (above), 44, of suburban Naperville, is being held to the grand jury on a charge of assault with intent to rob. Deputy Sheriff Roland Hall said Knight, a 4-month assistant engineer staged a holdup of a couple in a forest preserve parking lot for the thrill of it but was beaten off by his intended victims.
