Edith Angelia Jenkins, left, 15-year-old heiress to part of the J.C. Penney Co. fortune, has been reported missing since March 25 from her home in Del Mar, Calif. Police said the girl and Don Collins, 19, right, of nearby Cardiff, disappeared at about same time. The girl, known as "Dee Dee" is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and has brown hair.
