Maher, outside U.S. District Court today after he won postponement of a hearing on contempt of court charges growing out of his refusal to answer questions before a Federal Grand Jury. U.S. District Judge F. Dickinson Letts granted the postponement to allow Powell's attorney time to study the transcript of Senate hearings.
