San Jose, Cal.- Mrs. Evelyn Whitehorn of Palo Alto, Cal., tells Selective Svce registrar that she won't allow her son Erik (behind her) to register for the draft. She said responsibility is hers since Erik is 18 and cannot marry, sign contracts or hold property.
