Annemarie Renger, 53-year-old grandmother, was elected in Bonn Wednesday as the first woman speaker of West Germany's Bundestag, the lower house of Parliament. The new speaker, or president, shown taking her seat on the presidential chair, is a member of Chancellor Willy Brandt's Social Democratic Party.
