Kenneth Davis, (above), 45, jobless Bronx painter, was under questioning today by police who described him as the chief suspect in the Greenwich Village strangling of Mrs. Marion Robbins, 54. Mrs. Robbins was found sprawled across her bed Tuesday night, a pillow case tightly wound around her throat.
